i have a giant list of to-do's i should be working on. i have a ton of homework i should be doing.

but right now i just want to listen to the rain.

i have written about rain before. i like it. a lot.

i love the way the mountains look and how the clouds make the mountains seem like they are from the lord of the rings.

i like being able to wear one of my favorite jackets to school on the days that it rains.

i love how girls get really frustrated about the rain messing up their hair.

the rain makes just about everything fresh, and closer together and everyone slows down and simplifies.

rain makes distances shrink. and grow. at the same time.
